Jurisdiction and Other Points to Consider

If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator. Any costs and fees other than lawyer fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

Policy for refunds under the money back guarantee

The money back guarantee applies when a customer buys our products. Exceptions to the refund policy can be requested, but this must be through agreement with us. To request an exception, please e-mail us. In the standard case below, a refund claim by a buyer must be made after 90 days of use of the product.

The criteria for the refund policy is as follows: 1. Refunds will only be given after 90 days of use of the product. 2. The customer must wholeheartedly use the methods outlined in the product. They must not simply "read it and do nothing". The products we promote are practical in nature and require the user to take certain practical steps. When requesting a refund, the buyer must declare that they have used the products wholeheartedly and in the exact manner prescribed, and failed to see results. 3. Any refund claims made within 90 days will not be accepted. Any claims of this nature simply shows to us that the buyer has not used the product sufficiently to make a valid judgement on its effectiveness. 4. Any claims made before 90 days (which will be rejected), will also be disregarded if that same buyer wishes to make a claim after 90 days thereafter. Such claims show to us that the buyer is not motivated to use the products, and is simply trying to get their money back without even trying the product itself properly and judge its effectiveness this way. 5. Refunds requested due to the inability of the customer to open and read our product, "The Complete Guide to Manifestation™", or any of our free bonuses will not be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they possess the required software and hardware specifications in order to access and read our products. The product should always be accessible if Adobe® Reader® Version 7.0 or greater is used and appropriate software links are clearly signposted on the download page for our products. 6. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have read the Policy for Refunds under the money back guarantee and the customer's failure to do so is entirely their own personal misgiving and failure. We at ManifestationIntelligence® do not accept any responsibility for this. 7. By buying the product, the customer agrees to adhere to these terms and it is their own responsibility to ensure they read it. 8. Any further disputes between ourselves and the customer will be dealt with under our procedures which are highlighted above in the Terms and Conditions.
